What would you change about modern society?
The birds chatter as the sun slowly rises over the ocean’s edge. As I glance out into the seemingly endless horizon watching the sun’s orange glow glisten onto the thunderous waves, I think “why do so many not understand the importance of saving all creatures great and small”.
We tend to hurry on with our daily lives, living each day as they come. The future rarely passes through the minds, it seems of our world leaders. It is all about money, power, and self preservation. Yet all of these things will mean nothing as the earth starts losing critical wildlife.
This is such an important topic. Humanity must re-establish a connection with nature and wildlife, it must be a priority because that is the source of our very being. There are many ways, I believe that introducing children to nature at home and continue with a variety of programs in all educational systems to educate kids that nature and wildlife are the very source of our being alive.
