Tell us about the last thing you got excited about.
As I was pondering life, a typical routine during my morning coffee time, a thought came to my mind “imagine never saying the words ‘I love you’. This thought came to me as I had just said the words ‘I love you to my dog’. Which I also reflected on the fact that I say this at least 2xs a day to her and also to my mom on goodnight texts. Imagine living in a world where those words are never spoken. Instantly I grabbed my guitar and came up with a melody to match that theme. These are moments when I get excited. Finding a meaningful thought and putting it to a song or photograph is exciting stuff for me.
