About the song ‘Token for You’
I woke on this Friday feeling a bit sore but also inspired to start the day. Beginning my normal routine I get up the dogs follow. I trek downstairs taking each step carefully to get my coffee. I open the back deck door and just listened. The water fountain was just so beautiful and brought tranquility, so I reached for my acoustic nylon that I have been trying to keep in a handy quick place just for moments like these.
The songs is a reflection on making sure you check into that place that centers you when you start feeling lost or overwhelmed. Every day is a token and should be admired.
