The primary message of this song is about loss as if no one else really gets it. The cover art for this song was inspired by the breathtaking sunrises over a Canadian lake that would always bring a calming feeling while I listened to the loons. I married this with the chaos of another photograph I captured at night of lights.

Final art creation is a compilation of a softer version of the above light image, taken into Photoshop to create more of a spiritual light from the phrase in the song “as the streetlights pass me by”, which is also a metaphor for life continuing to pass or move on.
